Description: American Robins have a dark orange chest with gray brown hood and upper body. Yellow beak with yellow orange feet. White throat .Juveniles are heavily spotted Sound: Not yet available Food Source: worms worms worms :) Robins also enjoy items from the feeders such as apples, cherries, bayberries, berries, bread and other baked goods, corn, crackers, grapes, hawthorn, holly, mealworms, raisins, and suet. Nesting Habits: Robins nest in trees or man made platforms. The robin's nest is rough on the outside, not tucked in or neatly woven into the body of the nest, but protrude or hang down from the outer wall. The inside of the nest is lined with mud into a nice smooth cup shape formed by a thick layer of mud, which extends upward to a firm rim, the cup being lined with a little fine, dry grass..
